1. When running this report you need to include column headings.


2. After running the report open the excel file to make a few adjustments.


3. Currently this report includes a column titled "Accommodations". This column shouldn't be there and will give an error. You need to select the entire column and delete it. 



4. Three of the column headings have capital letters that should not be there.


  • DLMELigible needs to be changed to dlmEligible
  • AssessmentGrouping needs to be changed to assessmentGrouping
  • TestSchool needs to be changed to testSchool







5. The three columns containing dates need to have the format adjusted to include leading zeros where necessary. Select the dob column. Then hold down the ctrl button while selecting the entryDate and exitDate columns. Then right click and select format cells.



 


6. On the following window select custom on the left side. Then on the right side enter mm/dd/yyyy. Then press OK.
